The Eid Expo is an opportunity for the Muslim community in the Chicago area to celebrate Eid together in a festive environment that offers activities for the entire family.
Eid Expo will include two timings for the Eid prayers. The first prayer will be led by Dr. Abdul Hakim (Sherman) Jackson at 10am. The second prayer will be led by Dr. Mohammed Kaiseruddin at 11am.
A variety of food vendors, fun activities and entertainment, and a shopping bazaar will be on-site. Activities include a rock climbing wall, inflatable maze, three obstacle courses and slides. In addition, there will be free popcorn and candy!
If you’re praying at your masjid for Eid, bring your children to the Eid Expoafterwards for a day of fun activities and enjoyment!
Registration
Register today! Registration is required to attend. Registration is $5 online and $10 on-site. Please purchase online to avoid delays when you arrive. You must bring your ticket with you for admission. Electronic tickets are acceptable.
Reserve a Booth
Booths are only $50 for a 10’ x 10’ empty space. So get your booth today and bring your own table and chair to market your merchandise!
Parking
The open air lot charges $15 for parking. The enclosed structure (lot A) charges $23 for parking.

Eid Expo 2017 will be held at McCormick Place, Hall B1, 2301 S King Dr, Chicago, IL 60616. Expo hours are from 9am to 9pm. The Metra Electric Line train stops at McCormick Place and the CTA L Green Line is two blocks away.
Pay your Zakat-ul-fitr
You may pay your Zakat-ul-fitr online through CIOGC’s Zakat Committee, Zakat Chicago, at www.zakatchicago.com. Paying the Zakat-ul-fitr before June 25will allow it to be distributed before the Eid prayer. You may also pay it on-site but it will not be distributed before the Eid prayer.
