Vote where you want and when you want (pretty much, as long as the site is open). Such is the convenience offered only by Early Voting: you can vote at ANY site and register at the same time, if you’re not already registered. For those who need to register, all you need are two different forms of ID, one of which has your current address.  For the March 15, 2016 Presidential Primary Election, traditional Early Voting has begun and will continue through March 12 (March 14 at the permanent voting locations). This means there are only a couple of days left to make use of the Early Voting period. Early Voting locations can be found here.

Who are you voting for in the Primaries? Below are some of the offices that are up for election in this cycle:

  •    President of the United States
  •    U.S. Senator
  •    Representatives in Congress
  •    Judges
  •    Regional Superintendents for Schools

A major reason for taking advantage of Early Voting is to encourage greater participation in the election process. People who travel for business, work long hours or are otherwise inconvenienced by Election Day (Tuesday, March 15) poll hours may find it easier to vote early. Exercise your voting right and fulfill your civic responsibility!

Remember that voting in the Primaries is part of the process of determining who will appear on the ballot for each party in the General Election. Look up your Early Voting location today!
