Council Participates in ICIRR Luncheon

Last Thursday, Council Chairman, Abdul Malik Mujahid, attended a luncheon hosted by the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR) to discuss the upcoming programs of the Coalition for the coming year.
