Plaque of Appreciation Presented to Chicago Police Department Superintendent Terry Hillard

We are currently following news of the Mayor’s process to select a new superintendent. The Council presented a plaque of recognition and appreciation to Supt. Hillard at the Chicago Police Department’s retirement party for him in August.
